Attention parents & guardians of Alberton football players: Due to the current poor air quality, junior high football practice is cancelled today, Tuesday, September 10. Students are encouraged go to the junior high volleyball match in the gym at 4:30pm and support their volleyball team! Subsequently, the varsity football team will report to the weight room for their practice. Thank you, and GO PANTHERS!

Good morning, Alberton school families, Alberton Air Quality is currently at 163 (unhealthy, and in the red). As a result, we had students go inside of the school at drop off and they will remain indoors during recess. Outdoor sports practices will also take place indoors, if the air quality remains unhealthy and in the red. We will continue to closely monitor the situation.

Good Morning Alberton Panther Community, Today, Thursday, January 18th, Alberton Schools will be running on a two hour delay due to road road conditions along the school bus routes. School will begin at 10:00am. Busses will be completing their routes two hours later than normal.

Good Morning Panther Community: Just a reminder we are hosting our Family Engagement Night this evening (Wednesday, January 17th) from 6:00-8:00pm in the Alberton School Cafeteria. Dinner will provided free of charge from 6:00-6:45pm, courtesy of our wonderful PTSA, and we have bouncy houses and activities set up in the gymnasium for our students from 6:45-8:00pm. Adults will remain in the cafeteria for a fantastic math strategies workshop presented by our wonderful speaker. All students must be accompanied to the Family Engagement Night by an adult. We hope you can all make this great event!

Good Afternoon Alberton Community! Our high school boys basketball team takes on Troy tonight (Friday, December 7th)! JV game starts at 5:30pm and varsity to follow! Good Afternoon Panther Community, On Tuesday, November 7th at 6:00pm there will be a Fall Varsity Sports Awards Banquet (Volleyball/Football) in the Alberton School Cafeteria. Congratulations to the Panther Varsity Volleyball Team for achieving the highest overall TEAM GPA! They earned a 3.93 GPA for Quarter 1! Way to go Ladies! GO PANTHERS!

Alberton 6th graders, Anya Porra and Willa Fredette work on programming MicroBits in their PLTW class. MicroBits are tiny computers that students write blocky code to create different functions. In this case, the girls are creating scrolling LED messages.
