Calling all local artists!
The Alberton School Art Department seeks local artists willing to donate works of art to a silent auction to benefit the school's art department and its budding artists.
Works of art can be two or three dimensional--no size is too small or large (just make sure it can fit through the door)!
Donations must be brought to the school no later than the morning of Wednesday, May 25th to be featured in the auction during that evening's Spring Concert + Art Show.
If you have any questions at all, reach out to Alberton's amazing art teacher, Ms. Rose, at sdriscoll@alberton.k12.mt.us.

Have you heard?! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Alberton School and, this year, we have several different ways for you to shop, pay, and support the students + library!
Virtual Shopping will be open from April 21st-May 4th. In-person shopping runs from April 25th-28th.
Students may be sent with cash OR you can set up an eWallet, where funds are immediately available for use at both the in-school and virtual book fairs. Plus, family and friends can contribute too!
You will find a link at the bottom of this message that will give you information on the book fair, as well as easy instructions for setting up your eWallet.
Alberton School recognizes that we all have our ups and downs, and sometimes extra expenses, such as a book, are not in the monthly family budget. Your donation will ensure every student can experience our special brand of #bookjoy with their classmates and leave the Fair with something they’ll love!
Here’s a look at how your sponsorship donations can make a meaningful difference (the average cost of a book at the fair is $8):
Sponsor a classroom library with a $24 donation
Sponsor 5 students with a $40 donation
Sponsor an entire class with an $80 donation
Since our in-person Book Fair runs from 4/25-28, we hope to receive contributions by April 26th to ensure time for students to shop for their book.
Ready to join us? Click the link below to deposit funds directly into our school's Scholastic Book Fair eWallet account OR make a check payable to Alberton School (with Book Fair in the memo) and drop it off during regular school hours. You may also mail it to us at PO Box 330, Alberton, MT 59820.
If you have any questions at all, reach out to our incredible school librarian, Kerry Zahn, at 406-722-4413 x235 or via email at kzahn@alberton.k12.mt.us
